Interested in a hands-on, highly interactive session that uses entertainment magic to reflect on some of the basic predicaments of the human condition? If so, join Exeter Phoenix’s conjuror-in-residence, Professor Brian Rappert, for a performance addressing how we live together – the role of secrecy and deception in our relations, the unity of dualities like order and chaos, and the vexed status of our abiding notions of what’s really real. The Magic of This and That offers a celebration and a re-imagination of social life. In this highly engaging small group session, some of the magic will take place in your very hands!
All profit from ticket sales for these events will be split between Refugee Support Devon & Exeter Foodbank.
